Dial An Applianceman was founded in 1996 by Naz and quickly became a trusted appliance repair company in Edmonton. Our founding principles were and still are based on the 3 fundamental pillars: Outstanding service, market-leading prices, and great customer service. Naz is now retired, and the business has been taken over in 2019 by his son, Alim.
Today, Dial An Applianceman still strives to stand on these pillars in everything we do, and in turn, has made us one of the biggest appliance repair companies in Edmonton. Alim now runs the business alongside his wife, Shaz. Together, our goal is to help customers buy appliances, parts, and offer appliance repair services under one roof. That is why they created Appliance Kingdom in 2020. Appliance Kingdom offers sales in appliances and parts, while Dial An Applianceman offers appliance repairs.
From our humble beginnings, we currently have contracts with the City of Edmonton, The Province of Alberta, home builders, rental management companies, insurance companies, and more. We are factory authorized for repair and sales with Blomberg, Bosch, Danby, Frigidaire, GE, and LG. In early 2023, we will also be offering services in Calgary and Toronto. Our goal is to continue expanding throughout Canada and to become a household name in appliances.
