Error Code Description Details
01-24 Delayed option has been activated Indicates that the delay option has been enabled and will begin the cycle once the displayed time reaches 0. Simply cancelling this feature will start the selected cycle. Pressing cancel a second time will cancel the selected cycle an the unit will start a drain routine. Pressing cancel a third time will cancel the drain routine and the unit will shut off.

LOC Indicates the door is locked n/a
CL or Cd Door is open This code is displayed to indicate that the door has not been successfully closed and latched. Check to ensure that this is done and when successful, the error code will turn off. If the consumer is not able to close the door, service should be contact to check and repair.
Hd or HO Heat delay or heater on mode activated The unit is in the “Heat Delay” or “Heater On” mode. This delay is to allow the dishwasher to heat the water to the optimal temperature for best performance. The colder the water is, the longer the delay time will take to heat the water to the proper temperature. This normally is approximately 1 to 2 min. for each degree in temperature rise.
i20 Unit did not drain completely Check for the following items:

  • Knockout plug in disposer has been removed.
  • Drain hose is not blocked or obstructed.
  • Drain hose is not Pinched or restricted.
  • Drain hose is at the correct height a min. of 32” from the floor.
  • Filters and sump are clear of any food soils.
  • This can be reset by:
  • Pressing the cancel button
  • Turning power off at the breaker
  • Unplugging the dishwasher for 3 minutes.

PR ES ST AR T or PRESS START Press Start This is NOT an error code, PRESS START will scroll across the display instructing the user to close the door within 5 seconds of pressing the start button.

How to reset/clear Error Codes Reset the unit by unplugging the unit for 30 seconds and plugging it back in. If it is not possible to unplug the unit, you can try resetting the breaker on the electrical panel.
F10 Thermal Runaway Stone-Baked Pizza Ovens:

  • F10 could be the result of the Pizza Shield being on the incorrect rack position.
  • Please confirm that your oven rack and Pizza Shield is in rack position 7.
  • After confirming the position of the Pizza Shield, reset the unit and begin the Stone-Baked Pizza preheat again.

Standard Range Ovens and Wall Ovens:

  • F10 indicates your oven is detecting higher-than-normal temperatures. This is a built-in safety alert to help protect the appliance and ensure safe operation.
  • Turn off your oven and allow it to cool down before using it again.
F30 Open Probe Please try to reset the unit by unplugging the unit for 30 seconds and plugging it back in.
If you are unable to unplug the unit, you can try flipping the breaker at the fuse box, please note that this will reset everything on same circuit.
F90, F91, F92, F93, F94 Door Lock Issue
  • To unlock the oven door, press the UNLOCK key, Once the controls and door are locked, there is no access to any cooking functions.
  • To unlock the oven door and control, press UNLOCK and follow directions on the screen. You will be shown a code to use for unlocking the doors and controls.
  • Try reset the range by disconnecting the power to the unit for up to 30 seconds. This will clear most false error codes. You can disconnect power by either unplugging the unit or flipping the circuit breaker off and back on.

DI SP (or DISP) Ice Jam (Audible Tone) Indicates there is ice jammed in the shoot. An alarm will sound when a cube is stuck in the shoot too long.

Check the dispenser for any jammed ice cubes, and clear the jam.
Remove the ice bin, thaw, and empty the contents. Clean the container, wipe dry, and replace it in the proper position. When new ice is made, the dispenser should operate normally.

PF or Power Failure Light Power Outage Indication of power outage or power surge. This could result in a high temp alarm as well.
H or HI (Blinking Temp & Audible Tone) – High Temp HI blinking on the refrigerator temp indicates the temperature is too high in the refrigerator or freezer for over one hour. Usually activated when door is left open too long.
Check to make sure the doors closed and properly sealed.
Door Ajar Door Left Open (Audible Tone) Door has been left open for over 5 minutes. Close the door and the alarm should shut off.
Beeping and Illuminated Display This could be an indication of power failure or error. Conduct a hard reset of the unit by unplugging it for 2-3 minutes and plugging it back in.
